substandard and unsatisfactory service by motorrad workshop

one week n no reply...hmmmmm.

the first thing they should do is to acknowledge receipt with promises to look into the matter and contact you soonest to discuss their steps to improve the situation. ie. damage control.

just my opinion....

bro, if any post are deleted there should be reasons given. i don't think my comments were that unreasonable thus deserving sensorship by the kementerian penerangan or kementerian hal ehwal dalam negeri.

i shall then refrain from posting my comments in future. cheers!

Bro, take it easy lar.. even my posting also kena censor lah sometimes.. No big tissue..

BTW, I also delete people posting when have moderator power. :stupid::love: Also kena scolding from forummer when don't give reason..

fastly is not from AB .. He's higher ...he's from BMW Malaysia Motorrad division .. I called him up that day and asked him to have a look at all the complaints here . He is A VERY nice guy and I m sure he'll look into it seriously ...

I have yet to get any reply via email from autobavaria.
Bmw germany has replied immediately and they said they will look into this matter ser4iously.
Talking bout efficiency and commitments,they are very efficient.and our local ab cant even reply to my initial emails.they are jus taking things sooo lightly not knowing how serious it is.any idea from anyone out there on how to proceed from here on?

Yes i did receive 2 calls and 1 sms from the person in charge.i met him on the day i submitted my letter to the ab MD,and i told him to mail me his explanations as it is now official.i m not going to mention names here but how do u want me to listen to the explanation of one of the pe4rson i m complaining about.i expect explanations from the management .earlier when this issue was not an official complaint, nothing was done by the same person in charge.

Now i have made an official complaint n i dont have to listen to any personnal explanations by the person concerned.I think the management should at least arrange for a meeting and talk to me instead of asking the person involved to talk to me,as i said,its an official complaint and i want everythng in writing.
The irony is,before this when i was a very quiet customer,i was treated like a dirt.the situation was,i have any problems with ur product,i call the so called person in charge,and he never replies immediately.he was behaving like a very big shot,every complaint was taken lightly,explanations were given to me as if i was an idiot,they really tot i had no idea of wat was happening.

u mentioned the service has improved lately!May i know when is this lately?it must be the last 1 week i guess,because 2 to 3 weeks ago,it was really bad.One thing for sure,now they have learnt to respect customers.tats really a surprise.many of my fellow bikers also noticed this.
as for me ,i m not going to be happy till i get to meet the management and get answers to all my questions.

I feel that the Management of BMW and Autobavaria should at least meet me and talk to me,instead of asking the person involved to contact me personally.ive been advised to go to the papers and consumer tribunal,but ifeel this can be setled if they can come and talk at least.By buying a prestigious brand,i never tot ill end up collecting more headaches for myself and having no peace of mind.
 
I guess its only mat kay ,war lord and me ,the only three who had problems with the substandard services by motorad division autobavaria.
come on guys,this forum was started to improve the services.
no point talking about poor services when u just meet up for teh tarik session.
at least for once be brave abnd come forward and relate ur stories here.
i personally know so many of the bikers who have had very bad experience,but unfortunately they have no guts to come forward n share their stories here.
 
Thing s are moving now.BMW and AUTOBAVARIA are proving that they are commited to maintain the highest standard .
Thanks for the meeting organised by them.
My only hope now is that all the fellow bikers will come forward to put in their issues.Please come forward,in a way ull be supporting me as i can't do this alone.But most importantly ull improve the standard of service for our bikes.come on guys.
