Strange Contraption On Top of A Black BMW 320

Hi all,Saw this post on Star Motoring.Lunch was over and a StarMotoring staffer was heading towards Kuala Lumpur today when he spotted a strange contraption on top of a black BMW 320i. It was revolving slowly, and we thought it could be a mapping tool of sorts...

XXX, I think last night you already dome to us the cheapest way to received ASTRO using umbrella mah....:top: Champion lah you....

The dome turning is the laser eye scanning system for the onboard computer driver. Car will drive itself automatically. All you need to do is get in and tell it your destination. It will plot the course by GPS. The dome also houses the GPS receiver, radar for collision and speed trap detection and satellite tracking system (all free-to-air satellites that are within the dome's line on sight can be locked on by the onboard satellite decoder).
