So far, i got e32, planning to keep and do it up slowly. Problem is, that freaking e32 is more trouble than its worth, now it got me convinced that i need another BMW in my "garage".Lately, was toying around with idea of e30 or similar, or anything else for that matter, it doesn't matter, as long as it is BMW. Unlike my previous impulse based buying decisions, this time around, i'd like to plan well. Reason being, no money heheheheh sono choice but to plan! Lets set budget at RM20K (for a roadworthy vehicle, no restoration of fixing, just buy and drive) . Maintenance costs should be low, FC should be reasonable (no more than 25c per km), well kept or well restored, slight mods are okey, but nothing over the top. Fellows, this is a "speak easy" thread, no "right or wrong", pls share. Feel free to post here if you see some interesting units for sale (within my price range of course). What BMW would you buy on RM20K budget? P.S. now i go and tell my wife that i got poisoned with yet another BMW, lets see what happens :date:

In my own opinion, the e30 would be a better daily drive. The e21 do take quite a fair but of demand on driving the car.

E21 is good as a classic car restoration. If you are going for it, it's a real old school. Get a modern BMW for yr daily drive. With yr budget, e34 would be more ideal. E30 can but must be original.

Perhaps you are right. But i did contact a seller on mudah requesting for a test drive on his e21, lets see how it feels first. If she feels right....... hope not.... otherwise... here comes another impulse buying decision hehehehehe no lah, this time will try to behave and restrain myself.

Ahhh....bro, you missed our E36 by three months. We sold it off in Feb for RM20k, if only you said sooner. =) Nice E21 in the link anyways, and good luck on your purchase!

Denis, check out Pussy's E30 for sale in the Classifieds section.. or better yet, view it this afternoon at 4pm. refer thread on E30 Borak2 Session.

Dunno what to say... sweeeeeeet!!! Let me save up a bit first, than can go and test Pussy's car. As for now, continue on with "soft hunt" and keep saving... saving... saving....

Anyone knows about this car/owner/how it was used in the past:

It does look interesting. Wanted some feedback from e30 gurus here, does it look anything like a replica of something or a cheap scate attempt?

Any feedback?
