kerajaan sentiasa terbuka untuk dengar kata2 rakyat? What a load of hillbilly crap?

Kerajaan kita pekak la

By the way,has anyone here have an idea of who actually owns this Puspakom?frankly,I have no idea but I get these strange feeling that some bloody crony has much interest vested in this....To think about it,there's not a single bill that has been passed that doesn't sound fishy.

For over 52 years we have been made suckers...cukup la...besides,what have we got to lose anymore than now if the current opposition takes over? So,they screw it up?then give it back to these goons la.By which time these current buggers would have cleaned their asses up and would do anything to please the rakyat.

Exercise your rights man.

Pls discuss the issue/title with proper manner, post your thought as many as you wanted to.

This is NOT a Goverment bashing forum.

I am going to delete the unrelated or unrelaven post.

WE can still discuss about the recent government policies more so when it is auto related, in a rational manner beneficial to all without calling names and etc.

Yazid is Pro-BN, and I am Pro-PAS, and yet we still get along very well :)

So anyone with latest updates on what the G meant by banning import of used parts?

Govt scraps plan for mandatory vehicle checks

Govt scraps plan for mandatory vehicle checks

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government has agreed to pull back the introduction of an “end of life” policy for vehicles after taking into account views and feedback from the people.

Since the announcement of the plan, the Government has been receiving many complaints from the people who were generally not agreeable to the mandatory annual comprehensive inspection as a requirement for road tax renewal for vehicles aged 15 years or older, a statement from the International Trade and Industry Ministry said Friday.

On Oct 28, the ministry had announced the new National Automotive Policy (NAP) which included the “Vehicle End Of Life Policy” which would have seen the introduction of a mandatory annual check-up of cars 15-years and above as a requirement for road tax renewal. -- Bernama

We still don't have a really clear picture regarding the policy involving 2nd hand auto parts. Still waiting for an announcement on how that's going to work.

Are they serious on this regulation of banning used car part imports? I heard that they scrapped the plan to check on vehicles' road worthyness, but what's situ on used car part import ban?

Don't think it's gonna happen!!!There are thousands or more of this Half Cut business in almost Every State in Malaysia.Do you think they'll be closed down after 2011?Scrapping of cars or making it to go through a tedious process of renewing Rd Tax could be possible in other countries but not in Malaysia!!!Why???For one, other countries don't Tax it's citizens 300% for Cars!!!Secondly,we Malaysians only earns like 1/3 of doing the same job/post compare to other developed countries!!!What crap!!!They shud think about the masses before making such decisions!!!The only Player that would benefit/be happy of this is Proton & Perodua. They expect the Rakyat to drive shitty cars while all of them drive Brand New imported cars....make sense???

It's pretty obvious what this policy is working itself out into innit? Personally the protectionism policies need to stop. I believe Proton is good enough to fend for itself. They just need to find their own strength and confidence to fend for themselves in the real world.

Kyle Chen,

I respect your enthusiasm to arrange for this meet up.

As you have inevitably found out, it is not so simple as in putting A, B and C together.

The moral of the story is this, do your homework and get the details all sorted out before you start posting your event.

As for police permit, we have dealt with the local policemen and never did us bribed them to get permits or permission to hold a gathering.

There are various ways to get the event sorted out, or many ways to skin a cat.

You don't need to have a 10000 cars gathering, just get 1000 signatures and have 1-2 representatives from various car clubs present with you to hand over the petition/signatures collected. In fact this can be delegated to each club to collect the signatures from its members.

You can also invite the mass media to witness the handover.

Good luck.

Cheers

bro kyle i respect you la, you're a man of action not just just talk...my friends and i have our own tiny little club, ill talk to them about signing and get back to you

keep fighting for this, it will pay off
