Stock Std Size

Hallo,I surfed around & found a few stock sizes for a 525i w/out specific year of make.But concluded below 2 the most accurate.1. 195/65/152. 205/65/15Would appreciate anyone can point the actual stock size as different profile fits differently on my 17" rims. Unable to find the lable on my side doors. Currently running 235/45/17 on rear, 225/45/17 fronts I reckon 195/65/15 is the stock size. Any suggestions? :yes:

I believe Malaysia CKD E34 stock tyre spec is 205/65/15. My E34 (ex) came with that tyre size, and the car was 100% stock standard since it was a company car and everything followed original spec.

yes, that will be correct, 205/65/R15 are stock E34

Possible combinations for 17" wheels will be

17x7 - 7.5 - 8 - 8.5" Wheels:
235/45-17
255/40-17

and yes..of course these will do also.. :yes:

18x8.5" Wheels:
235/40-18
245/40-18
265/35-18

19x9" Wheels:
245/35-19
275/30-19

Using a tyre calculator, it seems 215/50/17 is most perfect when comes to % difference. Any comments? B)

Yes, Justin's E34 was previously on 215/50/17. Hard to find these tyres though. Sime Astar has this size.

Yeah, true! Biggest most easy to sought is 40-45 profiles. Have not really seen a 50 as of now...Thanks Os, Brey & Vincent At least I have the idea now.
