Run Flats for F10 520D

I just changed my front tires to 18" Continental RFT for RM1,550 each in Johor after bump into a hole at speed about 120km/h. Even though one of the tyre cut at the side (no air), it still can drive to find a tyre shop. Now my tires become "Yin Yang" as rear wheels are wearing the original Dunlop.

When I got back to KL for alignment and balancing, i was quoted at RM1,350.00/pcs. Johor is more expensive than KL. Anyways, RFT is safe but only pricey.

Plus is noisy since its harder than normal tyres so some owners make the switch to normal ones and get a spare tyre or sealant kit.

A friend just got a 520d and have to change the tires. What will be your recommendations if the following criteria has to be considered :

1. MUST BE 17 INCHES RUN FLAT TYRES.
2. Good grip during dry and wet times.
3. Silent as possible.
