roof renewal

Hi guys,I just done the following on my E36 M43:-1) Roof fabric renewal - same color as original (light grey)2) A-pillars fabric re-wrapped (light grey)3) C-pillars fabric re-wrapped (light grey)4) Renewed all 4 doors fabric (black)Total damage incurred: RM550 (spent half day at the shop)The only thing now is... heavy smell of adhesive (gotta wait about 3 weeks for the glue to totally dry up) (Now putting charcoals in the car hopefully to absorb the smell) =) Is this price ok? Appreciate some feedbacks. Will post some pics later.Cheers

Drivenz: A few days? I thought it would be there for a few weeks? help, help... now have to resort to putting charcoals in my car. Cannot "tahan" the glue smell... smells sourish

You have to bear the smell for a while. Maybe one day, they will invent the
glue without smell same like Nippon paint. ha..haa..

Yes Vixx, that's the place ok since so many of u guys out there looking for roof renewal, why dun u guys organise a small group to confirm on the units to be changed and then negotiate with the boss to get a better pricing?

Well, those who are residing in kl, if u guys wanna renew the fabric roof, u guys can organise a group and try to negotiate with the boss. Maybe he will give good discount since most of the cars affected are bmw and merc + other continentals.
