Bro sorry la the photo snap by my cheap Nokia, still not own any digital camera. lol...

Hurmm... what happen if u have all electric blinds in the car opening (and it will hide snugly inside the door panels, and dashboard...

*wink*wink* wish we are all in singapore, no view inside = privacy :p

BTW why not install the button on a more hidden place since its just going to clutter the front dash ... Just my view... this button looks cool tho ...

Its from FORD power window... small yet design conscious :)

make sure it have that auto up down sensor too...

Dont think the normal push button will work. it have special connector.

The push button have dual functions.
Push 1 time, it will raise the blind. Push another time, it will lower the blind.

Yup you are right sifu, my friend also said to me as same as you said :smokin:. He was doing Automotive electric too..and he told me unless i can get the ori wire harness then the sun blind + asc switch will works. So he suggest me to modify a switch on it. Now i am waiting for him to find one fine switch which can fit to next to my ASC button.
Thanks a lot for the information bro.

The circuit is quite simple.

A169 is the switch centre which the ASC and Shade PB. the Switch control the motor
by checking the running current.

Any advice and comments are appreciate..:eek::eek:

Hey bro,

Using the already available slot to put the new switch is a good idea, but the bigger issue is to route the new wire into the door. Lots of stuff would have to be removed and I would expect fishing the wire through the rubber hose to be a PITA. And also wouldn't the switch be too far to operate when you're in the driver seat?

For me I'm ok with switches that look out place, haha.

Cheers

Bro may i know how you cut the bazel to install this non OEM switch

Do you have any idea that the side mirror switch can use as my sun blind switch since i think the wiring connection will be same as the Uni-Button Switch(6 poles but only using 5 poles)

The bezel was cut using a soldering iron because I have no proper tools last time, now I would use the dremel. The plastic piece can be removed to work on, it is only held down with clips.

You can't just rewire the the side mirror switch to get it to drive the sunblind. Modifications would be necessary. The joystick is just a switch which is connected to a module then connected to the wing mirrors. For your problem you'll need a h-bridge, either solid state or mechanical and in addition to that a circuit to detect if the motor is draining too much current to stop it.. Any kind of switch is doable but modification would be necessary.

Bro thanks for the info of how to making the hole to fix the non oem switch, between i am not rewire my present wing switch, i am planing to buy one piece of such switch and use it as my sun blind control switch and fit at my passenger door there since that sitting was the most easier to be fit ha..ha..just wondering this switch are suitable or not ?
