I plan to install Reverse Sensors to my E39. These things are useful aspecially for me like have problem in estimating the distance of my bumper to the parking meter pole. I wonder why they left this out.The AB website listed the price at RM4200. I wonder if there's any cheaper ones available. Else my pocket gonna empty sooner than I thought liao.

for cheaper alternative, go for those aftermarket ones you can get in those Ah-Beng accessories shop.

Parfive, yes it cost expensive, cos you have to replace part of your bumpers moulding and etc, actual cost is about 3k outside plus fixing..regards.

i saw a honda being installed with these aftermarket reverse sensors at the Eunos centre in one utama...(it is in the old ikea section) quite a good job done...i was quite impressed...you can try fitting a set there...make sure it is connected through the reverse sensor switch somewhere on the gearboxcheers

just go to any accessory shop. it is so cheap. as long as it serves the function, it's good enough. install in ab, they will slaughter u

How about those without drilling type ? I thought Crymson has a contact, anymore detail on those?

Thank you eveyone for your kind advise. I will go check out and my most concern is the shop knows my car's electronics, etc. Thanks again.
