MMG is getting a bit pricey these days, got into an argument with his clerk..

imagine that the e32 rear brake pads share the same a e34, e36, e46 and the e32..

Guess what ? they did NOT have the e32 pads that day, and the box said e46, she charged me for a e46 pad !! the pads cost RM110.00 only for all the range..the bill for the rear pad was Rm183.00 !!

i was pissed, so i left without talking to the boss...

BM Wong told me last time that the absorbers were Boge. Got both Sachs and Boge is it?

Hey guys,
So now comes the task of shopping for a good place for a complete body respray......any suggestions, guys?

Just sent my car for a colour change with my mech that i've been going to since college days.
His core biz is doing bodywork however his shop is located in Sungai Buloh (spray shop) and in Tmn Sea (car servicing)

Kim Keong Motor
Ah Keong

Here's some pics of my car during prepwork & the day after the respray before polishing.

This guys price is reasonable... only downside.... he can sometimes take a long time to get your car done due to a long queue at his spray shop. Best to check with him 1st.

Hope that helps.

I had my E30 painted with Ah Keong some 2 years back too. And you're right, waiting time can be long as his place is quite busy also. Nice color btw. :)

Thanks.

Yar... as long as i've known him... i already learnt a long time ago to give him extra allowance of time based on his estimation. Always salah when it comes to timing.

Maybe i've seen your car around. My previous car used to be occasionally at his shop, a black-ish looking Putra.

Bimmerholic: No BMW colour code dude. It's a Honda colour! Hahahahaha.... wanted something different. You will see it every now and then on Honda Accords. Since its not a common colour and something i liked decided to go for it. ;)

For Sachs, the price is slightly higher than Boge. According to some users, they preferred Sachs over Boge. I am using Boge for my front and rear absorbers.
