Need helps:As title mention i bought the Ori used rear sun blind online with the the ori used ASC and Sun Blind Switch Module last week. And now was at Top Cushion to re-wrap the fabric to matching back my existing colour.Used Electrical Sun Blind Looks

Used ASC & Sun Blind Switch Module Looks

The problem was after i receive the stuff and try to plug in the switch module to my car it was not working. Since my car came without the rear sun blind so i notice the Switch Module was difference then my existing one. Can some one tell the above switch module are for E46 model or others model?My original Switch Module looks

When i plug in the ASC connector to the used switch module and press the button my cluster traction control indicator didn't lights up, so i guess it must be the switch module not fit to my model or it was spoil one which the seller sold to me. Hope some one help and guide me how to test the switch module are in good condition or not. Thanks

I notice too if i need to use the switch module which i bought my existing Air Cond Compartment Bezel need to be replace also

Last time JKP also selling the same thing for e39. He did mention that the wiring is different from certain year to year. I try to get the thread but seems the thread is already deleted by moderator.

Update some close view of the ASC+SUN BLIND SWITCH MODULE

There was two connector slot on this module

Closes looks Top Small Slot & Bottom Big Slot

Can see the IC Board inside the module and the ventilation hole

Can all sifus and otai otai tell will this ASC+SUN BLIND MODULE can use on my car
Since there was two connector slot at the ASC+SUN BLIND Module so what sort of connector that i was short out from my existing wiring and where can i get it ?
FYI my Ori ASC connector cable are just fit nicely to plug in to the Top connector slot of the ASC+SUN BLIND Module. But then how about the Bottom Big Slot ??

After i read through your provided link i think the ASC+SUB BLIND Module which i bought are not suit to my car.

I need this Right ? And it just fit to my bezel too. Where can i find this type of Button Switch ya :102:

Couldnt you swap the single button panel to the new one. You mention that the existing ASC connector slots in fine into the sunblind button panel, then the other connector should come with the sunblind to wire to rear of car. Show us the wiring harness that comes with the sunblind.

Bro very sorry at the moment the sun blind still in Ah Kit Top Cushion Shop for re-wrapping and as what i remember there was a electric motor attached on with a pair of wire which got a male connector only. No wiring harness provided, i guess i need to send to the wiring shop to do the wiring since my car origin are without this thingy. The others was the ASC+SUN BLIND Switch Module which i bought from the seller as the photo i posted that's only i have from the seller. By 2molo i will go to ah kit shop and pick up the sun blind then will show you the photo.

Bro no point for me to swap with this ASC+SUN BLIND Module Switch cause as i said i did test plug in the connector to this switch module and press the ASC button my cluster traction control indicator didn't lights up (Refer photo 4&5). So it means it was not function on this module either this module was not fit to my car or it was not in good condition.

There is a possibility that the switch module is broken, but most probably it is not compatible with your car. As I understand there are only two wires going to the sunblind motor, so the wiring is relatively simple. Maybe what you could do is modify the button panel that you bought to accomodate your car.

Hmmm sounds like the switch is broken or not coded in your car

Bring the switch to a reputable electronic shop to test out the functions. I guess when you complete the wiring it should work (with 12v supply)

The last part haven't complete are the switch control wiring. And it is quite difficult to
find the ori sun blind switch to install on the existing ASC Button Bezel to make it looks OEM.
