Recommended Lube for E34

Hi,I would like seek advise from all the sifus out there on the recommended lube for my e34 which has more than 150,000 km on the clock. Regards.

I use only Q8 (semi-syn 10W-40) based on previous owner's prior trials & recommendation. I find the engine runs smooth and silky across rev's.

Castrol Magnetec on all my cars...

Now use Nippon oil ,10w-40,not bad.
