puspakom failing b5 - windscreen

i've an issue here .. went to puspakom today to get the b5 an b7 done.. and as per advised i have removed all the necessary tints so it's just pure stock windows for all the front, side and back

however to my surprise the result came out that i failed the windscreen... any idea how to pass this? or should i get appeal?

Based on the result u attached, looks like there is still some form of tint applied to the windscreen. Front windscreen reading should be min 70%. But if it has been removed n no trace of tint, appeal to them n do it in front of u multiple points on the windscreen.
