Price of Windscreen

Yo guys, Dunno know how but i relised my front windscreen got a crack yesterday evening...........damm bad luck man this month........... any idea how much its gonna cost me......at AB and outside? shld check if my insurance covers this..... thks guys

bro...how bad is the crack? i know that certified windscreen repairer can fix the crack without u to buy a new windscreen.

wanted to do it at AB, but need to put the car there for 2 days. instead found this place thru web, only need around 2 hour to complete. professionally done. they specialise more on minor crack repair. got mamak there, so can lepak there while waiting. mine, kena 1.2K plus front window seal and silicone wiper. give a try...

I suppose insurance don't pay for windscreen, unless you pay extra premium just for windscreen... around 15% of the price you want to insure your windscreen.

the e30 front windscreen will cost you from RM 600 to RM 800 depending of type of windscreen you choose. The price includes labour.

better to repair or change at burn suggestion place rather than send in to AB, it will cost u more $ and time at AB.

Single crack will be covered.......Make sure u take the photo or send to insurrance company to take the photo B4 change the wind screen ..otherwise u cant claime later ......

just called AB and was quoted 2k to 2.5k for a new windscreen need abt 2 days to do it..............

they say insurance sure cover but have to pay upfront then only claim from the insurance agent,...........

ask l;areadi man but the bugger said its too fast turnaround time so they cant claim....but if major accident they can do it..........

u know sometime i realy would like to go to AB workshop and see how they do things......they say they need 2 days to replace a windscreen.......but Burn was just telling me his cantact can do it within 2 hours...............dunnolah,,,,,,

If u change ur windscreen elsewhere than AB...it'll cost approx RM900++ (e46). Most of the workshops can assist you in claiming the damage windscreen via ur insurance..

It'll just take a day to replace thm!
