Hi all, In the next AGM of AAM (Automobile Association of Malaysia) I will be running for the post of committee member. To all AAM members in the club, I would appreciate if you can come to the AGM and give me your support. To non members, this will be a good time to join. The AGM details: Place : Wisma Chinese Chambers, 258 Jalan AmpangDate : 24 March 2007 (this saturday)Time : AGM starts 1.30 pmVenue: Dewan Seng Peng Please do support me as it's high time for a change in AAM. Thank You in advance.This place is located along jln ampang after victoria station and before jelatek junction. It is just before risda building on the lefthand side. was a member in the 70s but disappointed with them, I wanted them to help me as I imported my Spitfire from Sabah and JPJ disapproved to reregister then as it was above 7 years at that time, you know instead of helping they ask me to sell my car, was so sick with them and I get it done myself. we are within Malaysia JPJ says we are not allowed to import cars above 7 years. I was given free membership when I purchase my e30 but did'nt renew it.

Personally I'll support you, redbaron as an individual due to your high level of energy & enthusiasm voicing your need of vote to do some changes in an organization.

But I found AAM rather non- applicable nowadays as insurance companies is giving these services FOC.

It's just my opinion as a comsumer as todate AAM still fail to convince me.
