Needs ur advice, my F30 320D showing outside temperature -40*C
Everything when engine started the warning will occur and show -40*C

Anyone know what's the cheapest solution on it?

Welcome to the club...your issue is a known issue and owners have brought it back to the dealer to fix the issue. Its just the temp sensor going bonkers. I have not met anyone who asked 3rd party workshops to solve it so I can't point you in the right direction.

changing the outdoor temp sensor does the trick. But since your car I presume is still under warranty, take it back to the dealer.
The sensor is on the bottom cover behind the front bumper. Either left or right depending on car model

- 1st check temp sensor wiring any damage or broken ( normally rat bite ) and contact
- if wiring and contact ok, could be sensor faulty

Faced the same problem before. Workshop replaced the temp sensor. Problem solved.
