To all participants, below are the proposed schedule for our adventure to the East Coast starting from tomorrow.

Date: 6th to 8th May 2011

Where: Kuantan, Cherating, Awana Kijal and Kuala Terengganu

Itinerary:

Friday, 6th May 2011

9.00am - Meet @ BHP Gombak after toll.
9.15am - Driver's briefing.
9.30am - Commencing drive.
10.30am - Stop after Karak toll for a quick round up.
11.30am - Stop at Gambang R&R for a 10-minute break.
1.00pm - Meet with East Coast Bimmer at Jabor toll. Dzuljazz to lead convoy.
1.30pm - Lunch at Seri Pelabuhan 3 - recommended by Dzuljazz
3.00pm - Arrive Awana Kijal.
3.00pm onwards - Free and easy
*To all Ampang bimmers, please join us at Awana Kijal when you arrive around midnight.

Saturday, 7th May
8.00am - Breakfast at Awana Kijal
9.00am - Drive to Pasar Payang and other interesting attractions in Kuala Terengganu. Dzuljazz to lead convoy.
6.30pm - Dinner at Kemaman
After dinner, free and easy

Sunday 8th May
8.00am - Breakfast at Awana Kijal
10.00am - Depart for Kuantan
11.00am - 1 hour visit plus lunch in Kuantan town
1.00pm - Depart for KL
3.30pm - Arrive home safely, happy and well.

We are looking at about 10 car convoy plus 3 others from Ampang bimmers, who will leave around 7.00pm from KL.

Therefore we will travel in one group, led by ssman and I will sweep.

I welcome any further suggestions. Till then, I will see you all tomorrow bright and early! :top:

Thxs for the post Fad. Have to bear in mind too that we need to be able to break for the Friday Prayers while the others can proceed to have lunch...the timing need to be just abt right to cater for both ....
