ive just got bck fr my recce visit tday. the LB bungalow is like "picture worth thousand LIES". yeps, pix can b deceivin uh. i did take few snapshots n i on think its worth postin up ere ....

anyway, since i wuz there already n got nuffin better to do, i went to scout fer more bungalows n concluded on one quiet bungalow at teluk kemang called Nisha Villa. will upload the pix hopefully tonite or tmrow mornin as i need to refresh myself mandi n all, penat marr ....

I could have told you that and save you the trip. I was not aware you went for a recce.

The house sucks 28, 5 years ago and now.

Any telekom or guthrie guys in here, they have nice beachside bungalows.

saat : yeps bro, very pathetic place ... n most of the nicest bungalows r privately owned by corporates fer their own employees' use.

so any forummers werkin in TELEKOM, GUTHRIE, MAYBANK or yer wives, pls inform me by dis sunday as i m outta time cos im obliged to confirm my reservation by then, 10q.

at the mo, we just stick to dis nisha villa unless we cld seek out better alternative by dis sunday, PLS help me on dis URGENTLY guys.

1) we r in need of someone to do simple lightin, i.e puttin up flourescent lights around the garden.

1a) the lawn is well taken care fr wat i see. a simple gotong-royong will do the job.

2) i also need someone to do the bmwclub banner as well.

3) fr my observation, toilets r OK larr, 'useable'.

4) parkin will b outside the hse along the road, suffice i wld say (touch wood, touch wood).

5) those worried bout their udms bein vandalised/scratched no worries, cos the access/road only leads to dat villa n no where else.

6) landlord says we can make as much noise as we want, nobody wld b bothered, distant away fr nearest hse.

7) rooms r not suitable fer family, those bachelors one go ahead ive allocated 3 rooms fer u all. got double decker beds n all. but i wld advise those wanna stay there pls bring yer own bedsheets/pillowcase watsoeva deemed fit.

8) 1 more room ive allocated to those muslims who wanna perform their prayers.

Kahar, if der event date's right 4 me, I probably will chk into a hotel fer the nite. Jus make sure der toilets at der BBQ bungalow... can flushh!

yes 2sen, i reckon most members wld find accomadation a hindrance. dis is wat i hevta say ...

when i hev dis idea of havin BBQ n book dis bungalow, i didnt hev lodgin as the main criteria, so conditions of rooms didnt worry me much cos i know if fellow forummers wanna come, he/she wld either probably stay elsewhere or make dis one a daily trip. furthermore, those young chap ones definately gonna stay til late hrs (or early mornin) talk rubbish whch they (we) r gd at, aint we?

n on top of dat, ive checked dat occupation rate fer hotel/apmt arent dat good these days, so i see rate as low as RM55 earlier fer a decent standard of apartments k. esp fer those bachelors (or comin as 'bachelors') fr southern/northern side

n ON THE very top of dat also, HELLO, KL-PD dekat sahaja fer those from CENTRAL ... no need to stayover also can, im not stayin there myself, but most likely gonna end up crashin there til week hrs in the mornin.

yes the toilets ... well, i think the flush is useable, i will definately request the landlord to verify fer me upon confirmation of reservation dis sunday (if we cant find alternative venue).. infact told him, once confirmed, i need him to do the lawn, clean the drains, tidy up the hse n such n all.

My dua sen again...if apt rates r so low wudn't it b better to forgo renting der bungalow & instead hold ser BBQ at der apts itself?
Cudn't cost dat much mor cud it? At least ppl chking in to hotel don't hv to drive back (to der hotel) from der BBQ.
