bro kevs : the sub-commitee will b suitably formed in the next comin TT. so, fer those enthusiasts, pls do come over next TT, we'll talk/argue/discuss in greater details.

fer the time bein, anyone wiv the know-who expertise wiv PD bungalows/hse/open yards, pls chip in yer input as we need to consider these few thangs (costs esp).

btw, we also need a mobile PA if anyone cld secure dat. anyone wanna make tshirt relatin to event cld do so but pls do confirm 1st. speakin thru exp, surely it wld b a hot item. i understand dat presidente once quoted to me dat he hoped to hev a tshirt fer every official event (collectors item sort).

speakin of official, to make dis event an official one, we need at least a participation of at least 50 or so. but im preety sure we cld hit the 100 mark.

as fer the dates, its up to anyone of u wanna put up a poll on dat. imho, wateva date u choose, make it on saturday as BBQ party cld possibly last late nite esp wiv those kaki minums. in addition to dat, try avoidin 2nd n 4th saturday of the month fer obvious reason.

owh yes, those contributin food r greatly appreciated, but ENSURE they r halal guys n most importantly the food containers too k, heh i just might add sphagetti (bolognaise) to the list esp if anyone cld sponsor/chip in the ingredients (i hev the list if u want).

bro ridrahim : 2cents had pointed out my main concern on ansana. the parkin lots r scarce there i anticipate. in addition to dat, i doubt the members cld view the cars fr the actual event (BBQ). n also i doubt we cld arrange our very own BBQ, probably the ansana management wld make BBQ arrangements n start chargin us accordin to pax. anyhow, i'll check it out k, thanx bro, keep the suggestions comin in

im goin to recce the LB bungalow most likely dis weekend. hevta place a bookin fee (50%), which is y i need the poll results on DATE by dis weekend laaa, u guys belum vote laa, cheyyy.

balance of fee (another 50%) on the 7th May, only then he wld release all the voucher, location map fer us n such.

check in time is at 3pm but im tryin to go fer early check in, so dat we cld do some necessary setup there but it all depends on tenants the nite b4, if theres none, then we cld move in earlier, say noon?

owh yes, thx fer the sausages blackrobe, but wat brand yer bringin eh bro? hehe sensitive worrr
