The issue of sleepover, IMHO, is highly dependent on the cost of lodging should one decide to. At this time I would like to suggest that Kahar and three28 orgynise a sub-committee for this event to sort out the logistics.

Only after the recce and presentation of the details should we consider a sleepover.

Please fix a date ASAP coz I cannot confirm without a date. Early May I have the monthly MyKart race and late May there is AFOS (Formula BMW + Asia touring car championship).

Since there are now more than 20 people, the orgynisers can now fix a date.
