ample loads of parkin space, i estimated bout as many as 60-80 cars can b accomodated within the compound! :yes:

as far as the horizon, the lovebirds cld watch the sunset, n so i wuz told. :)
 
yeps, it also has its own private access to the beach via the stairs. i wuz told the month of may is gd fer doin nite crab catchin activity, FULL MOON! so guys, get yer gears ready k. n NO, im not talkin bout werewolves huntin gears ere. :D
 
the hammock/planter's bed is on a 1st come 1st serve basis k.

btw, background shows the 2 unit (Block A type) chalets ive got hold fer all of our needs (to b briefed later).
 
even if all 900++ members wanna come also dis place can accomodate i think ... but not the food, sighs
 
fer those who r particular bout hygience, the washroom/toilet/bathroom is accetable to its standard, u don xpect like hotel istana level rite? :D

jarance : yes dude, most importantly, the flush is useable. :p
 
pix taken fr the Block A type chalets, all rooms r air-conditioned, dis particular one cld accomodate up to 6pax.

three28 : the owner reminds me not to throw up/puke in the room or the toilets k, other than dat, do wat we all want! ;) :D

1) i will hev the resort brochure scanned n posted up by tmrow fr office.
2) optional : u guys may wanna stay there itself, cos i managed to get some discounts but don xpect any 4 or 5 star styled resort rooms k. n also PLEASEEEEEEEE, of all thangs, im not gettin any commision if u guys opt to stay there, TAK HINGIN ler! go deal wiv the resrt operator himself, will giv out details tmrow fr brochure scan :D :p ;)
3) u cld opt to buy food n beverages (no alcohol on sale there, sorry) fr em throughout the event esp b4 the BBQ event upon arrival of the convoy, arrange yer own lunch outside or eat ere, simple menu offered, like fried stuffs n sorts, u figure. :) n hellooooo, no welcome drink or sort k, heheh :p
4) we cld however consume our own alcohol drinks but pls DO NOT throw up in the bathrooms/toilets k, if u do, tolong basuh thoroughly.
5) make as much noise n crazy stuffs u want.
6) upon arrival of convoy til 10pm or somewhere around dat time, astro will b shown on the wide screen projector. after dat KARAOKEEEE. but PLEASSSEEEEE bring yer own karaoke CDS, n DO BRING EM PLS, cos the karaoke item is paid, not free, so rugi la if u all don karaoke k... tarak-ok? ok laaaa, karaoke ok? :)
7) if theres one thang im gonna compliment the chalets is dat u cld park yer car rite infont of yer chalet doorstep!!
8) theres also a swimmin pool, so u guys might wanna bring in yer swimmin gears, i wldnt say its big, but ok laaa, tolenrable n swimmable size, lupa snap pix on dat pool, sorry.
9) durin the BBQ event, their in-house food r also on sale, but bayar sendiri k. those FOC ones will b on the servin table. however, free flow of hot drinks (nescafe, coffee, tea) served by the resort will b available upon request from the commencement of BBQ til 1am FOC. i will of cos personally prepare cold fruit punch fer u guys, rasa sekali, nak sepuluh k! :p
10) ive got hold of 2 units of chalets, so pepandai laaa u all 1st come 1st serve basis, don fight n b considerate k. durin the event, pls allow 1 unit to b used by the guys, n the other one by the ladies. but at the end of the evenin, u guys esp the bachelor ones cld crash into these rooms, 6 TENANTS in the room each pls, 10q. each room has its own bathroom/toilets but u guys may also use the resort toilets located not far fr the BBQ event (in case of emergency n 'traffic jam').
SURAU facility fer the muslims to perform their prayers is provided.
11) we r supplied wiv 3 drums of BBQ griller, should suffice.
12) last but not least, pls JAGA THE NAME OF OUR CLUB throughout the event ESP tolongla jangan buang sampah merata-rata, dis i notice after each gatherin sure lotsa junks, GOTONG ROYONG! garbage bags will b provided at designated spot(s) :) :)

i will try to feed u guys more infos if deemed necessary. :)

Please try to finalise your contribution latest by the 15th of April . So me and Kahar can come up with final list of what we have and what we need further .

Once we do that we will only post the needed items . Those who have not contributed can use this oppurtunity to do so .

Kahar : Just keep an eye for the cont. if i missed anything out .

Final list will be by 16/04/2005 .

kahar, thank for the pre field report. I think you have go beyond the call of duty to ensure everybody attending the BBQ to have an enjoyable time.

bravo and 100,000,000 tabiks.

Everything seems to be proceeding as it should...thx to kahar and his support group....excellent werk....... :yahoo:

My query is, in all these 13 pages, i've yet to see any mention of the cost of the venue and the facilities involved....

In my opinion, I think its only fair that all of us who are attending the event contribute our fair share...not jus some select few who may be bearing this on their own....not fair guys...we wanna pitch in too....

We're proud of our UDM's but we shouldn't be expecting a free ride here right.... B)

Anyway's, will definitely see u chappies at the Barbie....
 
:getyourfactsright: yes thats right we must think of the fair contribution, for I support that so as not to burden our Kahar for all the efforts up & down to PD getting the place and organising this BBQ come all BIMMERS lets chip in and enjoy our day together. :yahoo:
 
blackrobe & rezzy : thx bros fer the concern. the reason as to y after 13 pages of dis thread n yet ya cant find any trace of event costings etc is solely bcos im NOT askin any. lets not worry in dat dept n hev fun there instead. :)

but then gain, as ive mentioned earlier, if u guys do wanna contribute for the BBQ event means i.e food & beverages n others well. there is one factor someone brought up durin last nite TT, namely SECURITY. i think it is wise if anyone cld think of somethang to beef up the security withink the compound, mayb after certain hour, we close the gate n all? but then gain, don think dat will deter anyone who is determined, there must b another way of puttin up some sorta security, help me out in dis area guys. thx :)

I've just seen the pictures and wow! what an ideal location!! Further, I'm encouraged by the prospect of getting to know our southern members and friends!!

Might I suggest that the police b informed. BTW does anybody kno whether we need a police permit for such a gathering? :blink:
