Newbie alert, unsure what should be done!

Hi guys,I just got my new ride about 3 weeks ago, and I think it's about time for a wash LOL. Just to give some background, it's a pre-owned car and upon delivery, it was sent for Carnauba Auto Spa, and it was looking really new and stuff.Few questions. For car wash, any special recommendation of shampoo to use? Also I have been really confused with all the terms used, ie. Wax / Sealent / UQD ... I'm totally lost!My previous car was a Proton and I rarely give it a wash, but now I think I have to hehe...Any advise is greatly appreciated!
