NEW Pool Session

Last night kena trash kau kau! Sigh! Will have to redeem myself next mon. Glad to see so many turned up. Maybe in a couple of weeks we can organise a BMW Pool tournament.

No worries vinson,

Glad you enjoyed yourself. The game gets very much more interesting and at most times addictive once you start to pot (pocket) consistently and at the same time control your cue ball.

This is all about cue ball control as the better you are with that, every shot is made much easier.

If we get enough interest, perhaps, we could also conduct a "coaching" clinic.

Snooker table too big le. Always have to use rest wan & game very long. Pool is quick & fun. Not so stress. Why dont join us for Pool next monday 830pm

ya la....you snooker player must be easier for you to play pool ma......pool table so small....sap sap shui la.....come la next monday night 8.30pm onwards......

king eric, those picking up the game of pool with a snooker background would find the transition easier but it doesnt necessarily mean that one would immediately excel.

world snooker greats have all tried but without much success in top level competitions. from old horses like jimmy white and steve davis to ronnie o'sullivan have all failed to make their mark...only tony drago saw success in being world pool masters champion one year.

yes, although a pool table is only half the size of a snooker table and with larger pockets, pool is purely an attacking game with very few safetys in mind, unlike snooker, where its all about "break buliding" what they both share in common in making a good player (besides potting of course) is cue ball placement. this is where the knowedge of snooker comes in very handy in understanding the different charateristics of "cue ball movement"

do come next monday.....am sure you'd enjoy, if not the game.........the company.
