Need your help for my problem

Hi, i'm new here n i hope forumer can help me to solve my 2 problemRegarding my m42 engine.. 1. Where can i find complete standard air box filter without AFM. Anyone have extra n wanna sell it? I lost mine... 2. My power window got an issue, it will go up n down only if u push the button abit, then stop for a while then need to do it repeatedly. It cant go down or up straightly without stopping for a while. Is it an issue of wiring or my power window motor already spoil?Hope someone can help me.. Thank you..

1. search the chopshop.

2. For your power window, you need to grease the mechanical parts of the lifter. In addition, spray silicon grease on the rubber lining. This will reduce the friction between the window pane and the rubber linings.

Due to aging of the rubber linings, friction is the root cause that the motor stop. The motor of the power window has a auto cut-out when it detect a high current.

Btway, i've been looking for d airbox for a month. From one chopshop to another.. But none of them sell it seperately, so i hope other forumer can help me. For those who have extra n wanna sell it or find it at chopshop can pm me.. Really need it.. Thanx

For problem number2, can you hear the power window motor spins when the window not moving up/down? if yes, then it can be the black plastic that connects with the gear already broken.

you have to re-glued it using strong glue or to be easy, just change the motor.
