need tips: im getting e60 530i

hi,im getting e60 530i msport. recond unregistered.any different with japan spec or uk spec?any possibility to get 530i with HUD?how exactly to differenciate between original m sport or makeover?im still searching around KL and Kedah (im from alor setar btw)any recomended showroom/salesperson?need help from sifu's here.. im noobie.. :17:

There's 1 530 with full spec.(even with night vision) in AB(used), 338k.
Buy this one lah. More assurance. At least we are sure mileage not tweek.
