but according to his discrition ...its sound like long sharp coupling

"at last end gearbox" you must mean the rear diff?

could be tyres, wheel balance, long shaft coupling, or worse, something wrong with the rear diff...

you said you have "checked" it already.. i think you're better off getting your mechanic to explain, and even show you exactly what the problem is and what your options are, and how much it will cost. To me, a good mechanic should be doing that for you.

Brother,

60miles/hour around 115 km/hour, did u get it the other way round?

"at last end gearbox" means at front gearbox which coupling with longshalf. ( sorry donno the term ). is there any bush inside there.?? rear diff condition ok. absorber not test yet.

need to double check with anybody have experience before or anybody knows about that. just to compare and gather info regarding the problem.

TENGAH PENING

Have you been playing with your longshaft? Be careful when playing with it, bad mods on it can make it go out of balance... ;)
Anyway, what happens when you increase your speed further, does the vibration go away (becomes less)? Usually longshaft vibration will peak at certain speed and less at other speeds.

Your center coupling should be very tight. No free play is possible there. Inspect the coupling first before judging on other parts.

same problem with mine car last time, only vibrate on certain speed ! for my case i just changed the Long Shaft Coupling .

Hi all sifus...

Thanks for all information and guidence.

Just now i bring my car to Kayu Ara/Damansara.... check and test. luckly my bearing and gearbox housing at last end gearbox problem ( front gearbox ), so the coupling to the longshalf have a freeplay, cause for vibration. Takut oooo kalau dalam gearbox effected. so far ok kot. Change gearbox housing secondhand c/w bearing. Problem solve. I kena RM322.

Now can drive smoothly....

Thanks alot my freinds.
