Ahh I see. Just wondering whether my car is already having a spacer since I'm using the E60 rims... Then again, I don't recall seeing them before...

No, you car doesn't have any. Because all 5 and 7 series wheels share the same PCD, offset and centre bore (except for e39). That's why 5 and 7er's can't use 3 series rim, due to different in offset. Unless you put spacers to rectify it.

spacer is there to create an elevation for the mounting surface of the wheel.

bro, from the pic, i can say that ur disc hub got some rust la...better use paper to remove it so that ur new spacer can easily fit into that...or else need to use the ghee...hehe

There's a E32 in USJ 6 shod with those..sweet!! Will post up pics of that car when I download it from my hp..

The rims are timeless..not necessarily E65 onwards only...

Wonder if it's just a single rim only...that's how I see it on the ad..not a set of 4 but I could be wrong..:4:

I say be patient and wait for the right set to come along.

Thanks Maxx. Advice heeded. Yes, the rims does look odd when compared to the actual ones shod for the E34/32s. Will wait till the right set comes along! Otherwise, BBSes might be another option.

Err. Personally ah... Never tried riding on anything bigger than stock 16''s before... Ride comfort probably out of the equation already.

Looks more important

I wouldn't mind a slightly stiffer ride since I ride alone most of the time. Just need to jaga sikit for potholes. :4:
