Guess my dad's passion for cars had rubbed off on me. He's been a good influence on my youth. It's still a dream of mine to own an E38 someday. And with the trend towards diesels, I suppose a future car to consider would be BMW diesels. :adore:

Haven't paid visit to the workshop bro. I know updates are thin on the ground, but I'm hoping the wait will be well worth it when the car is finally out of the oven and ready to be collected. Hopefully by this weekend. Sucks not being behind the wheel of the E32 for 2 weeks. :biggrin:

Yeah bro wobby, cant help feeling a bit impatient..Its a reminiscence of my past when I was waiting for my twin babies to be delivered. it took me about 2 hours of waiting and the feeling was killing me. It was a historic moment, I braved myself to accompany my wife in the labour room, witnessed every moment and finally made two acquaintances with the slimy little infants..

But Mr Eggie here is waiting for his baby to be reborn....hehe..sidetracked a bit bro..

Btw, I am thinking whether those Alpina emblems will go back on, cos I removed all the double sided sticker already. Scared the 3M ones will lose its adhesiveness in our crazy hot weather if I re-stick it on the boot...

scrap the old one, and slap on a new layer of double sided industrial strength lah bro! or ask the paint man to do it for you, bet he has the tape to re-badge all the cars that has went through his treatment.
