Paid a visit to the paintshop this afternoon, and was greeted by a rather unfamiliar sight... There she was, all stripped and being prepped for her new paintjob:
Replacement front wing fitted.
Wet sanding and being prepped really thoroughly.
Engine and interior all taped up. Windows & windscreen still in place, and all removable parts like bumpers, rubber strips, side mirrors were removed.
Had a word with the worker actually, and I asked whether it's going to be the same colour. Then he said, it's gonna be blue. I was like, huh???? Then he told me boss managed to find a dark blue paint for the car. So, right now I need to double check whether the car's gonna get that Alpina Blue... Cannot be!! Need to wait till dad returns and I will have a word with him on what the final colour will be... Another week to go before she's all done. :love:

Will probably get KC to help work his magic on the car once it's back from the paintshop... Need to wait another week or so...

Time to drum up some interest for the upcoming 7s TT.
Hope all of you would be able to make it, whether 7s owner or not. It's the spirit and camaraderie that counts!
Also, probably that would be the day I can finally unveil the finished paintjob of the E32... :love:

Bro, no worries about that. I'll definitely take loads of pics of the rides that will be in attendance that day. :top: Guess the E38s will outnumber the E32s. Haha. Not that I am complaining bro! :biggrin:

Haha, true. Really irritating when I am already on the right lane driving fast, but leaving space with the car in front to clear so that I can go past them and keep left, but those cars at the back still insist on kissing my nice pert backside. :stupid:
End up had to overtake from the left and smoked those two particular cars. Haha... Guess the other cars were rather freaked out seeing a white missile with huge a$$ bonnet lump looming up their rear-view. :biggrin: Must've been rather amusing somewhat cos throughout the whole trip, I don't recall any car overtaking me at all until I exited ELITE. :4:
