Cool...honestly i'll share this with u...before i used mobil i was a loyal user of shell's engine oil...then i decided to try mobil's...can feel the difference..smoother n quiet..more responsive...but thats me la..dont quote me mahh....i think i'll be sticking to mobil for a while

Personally i think KY should be mineral since water/aqua based and wears out fast .
Durex Play should belong to Synthetic since it is
1. Better lubricating and protection properties
2. Longer lasting (can do lub change at longer intervals)
3. Formulated using modern chemicals engineering
4. Has temperature effect when blown.

Which Shell lub were u using? The one that is available in shops is 15W-50 which of course won't feel as smooth as Mobil 1 SuperSyn 0W-40.
Mobil 1 Gold Supersyn 0W-40 - My car is currently running on this oil. So far i find it pretty good but not as smooth as I wanted or used to. So I will try out Motul 5W-30 for my next oil change.
Anyway I will drain out the current mobil oil after 10K and check on the condition.
