Mass air flow cleaner by lps

Dear all gurus and masters,I am thinking of to clean my MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR with this product can refer to the link below:http://www.lpslabs.com/images/products/electrical/00416a.jpgJust wondering has anyone here tried this before? IF so, hows the performance (any improvements), and how does it affect fuel efficiency? Any negative implications from using the LPS?By the way, I am driving E36, 318i, 1992 / E32 , 730iL 1988 model .Would appreciate all your advice and inputs.Many Thanks in advance.:top:

dude, contact cleaner may be too corrosive.
try looking at threads with CRC.

bro, are you sure that e36/318i have MAF. MaF is introduce to e36 only after 1997 if I am not mistaken.

please try CRC MAF cleaner. They are available in Malaysia.

its seems that all major repair shops dun wanna let pple know theres indeed such cleaner.
this service guy even told me why wanna clean...???
hah!
he says better change.
only a couple of hundred bucks! (for mercedes he says....)
of coz, if pple knows how to clean for less than 50 bucks, he where got biz???
better dun go to his shop if ur near ipoh.

just got this yesterday. its 29rm in the hardware shop just next to technichi audio along the federal highway. enter thru cambell soup factory (assunta).

there you will find 3 shops with the same name (soon seng huat....or something like that) :listen:

i bought mine CRC opposite PJ hilton and near KFC. There is a few spare parts dealer there. this shop is not facing the main road. They seems to have a complete range of CRC products.
