i can see there are 2 things that contributes to the shortage :

1 . most 2nd hand dealer do not want to carry E36 as it's more than 10 years
- difficult to get loan .
- high down payment .
2. most enthuiast , who normally takes good care of the car will not sell
it due the market price - unless it is an exceptionally very very good
offer of in dire need of cash .[/QU

but d e38 rely dont suitz me..

everything is in perfect condition..
but i'm juz woried bout d convertion..?
is thre any prob..??

Have you bring to workshop for inspection? If got maintenance record from direct owner better. E36 is quite an old car, sure lot of maintenance. I spent over 40k for my ex36 even the condition quite good. Then I would say it would be like new as I cant tolerate even small problem/sound. Good luck wt yr E36:top:
