I went to see d e36 328 i said that day..actually my fren(mechanic frm bayern motor works which did my e38 recomnd me)

e36,328,year 96

the car seems to be okay..
engine responding is superb but thre is sm funny sound which the mechanic said 2 be 1 of the belt..
and the pain work is not rely good n guess what the owner did..??
he use a BELL stiker on the body where d pain allrdy peel of wan..
i counted it was about 8stikers..great huh..

but d adds on is that the car comes with fully M3 bodykit,ac schnitzer type 2 rim n 80% thread tyre and aso juz overhaul engine frm the same mechanic..

but he fixed the price for 38k..

is the price okay..i tried 2 nego a bit more but sadly the owner is in taiwan..
so have to wait till he comes..

so sifus here wats ur opinion n wat should i check more and anyone can help me how 2 know wat engine is it running on..
i rely need some help in this bro..how to know d models n d engine pic would rely help ..
plz anyone..

328 '96 should be running on M52 . Do google if you need to see how it should
look like .
i would suggest you bring the car for a complete modic check & do a compression test . key is the heart of the car - double vanos repair does not come cheap :listen:
also check the doorcard , upholstery , seats & dash - these could be expensive
to replace too .
i would not be too worried about the cosmetic / paints - these can be repainted
easily .

my advise pls take the geran summit the loan 1st coz loan reject no point you waste your time talk about the car,price,bla bla bla...if loan aproved send the car to puspakom comfirm every things is o.k or not then talk to buyer.if the car is recond model also try to get the a.p before u summit loan.

i agree with chili. the most important is to get the loan approved one way or another. once approved, then you can talk table and negotiate prices so on and so forth. no point putting a deposit as well, as there is the issue of getting loan approved here.

just to share, the current economic situation has made banks very tight when it come to loan approvals. under the circumstances, i think you will need some street smarts to get things done.

the loan as i said before..i saw 1car..328i..so i juz try using that car to c whether d loan can approved..

yes - walk away if in doubt - there are a lot of E36 in the market these days .

most of it looks lyke has been dumped smwhere for ages wth so high price..haiz...so sad...

dude...u r so eager to get one,r u not?btw from your posting...i dunt think its difficult for you to get the loan done...provide co details,get the bank statements, pay to inland revenue b4 june fast2 one(income 5k need to pay already),attach the resit...throw anywhere near 10k as deposit...and u dunt need any assistant at all...

or you can go with most of the sifus here sincere advices....no need to rush...alternatively u can go hunting for the kodok...makan itu kodok while revising your study...hunt kodokz again...then makan two kodoks together sambil study...

i can see there are 2 things that contributes to the shortage :

1 . most 2nd hand dealer do not want to carry E36 as it's more than 10 years
- difficult to get loan .
- high down payment .
2. most enthuiast , who normally takes good care of the car will not sell
it due the market price - unless it is an exceptionally very very good
offer of in dire need of cash .
