Kicker Amp doubts

Hi....good day! I'm newbbie in ICE, I just brought the Kicker model: KX600 4 channel amp, the problem waas everytime when I switch on my Head unit volumn in "low" but the woofer doesn't works well?! but once i increase the volume in "high" capacity the woofer will perfectly works well.......any folks can help?....really appreciated all the sifu good hand!........:top:

Perhaps you have set your amplifier input gain level to the bare minimum for the amp not to pick any signal when the headunit volume is set low.
