its an ultimate driving machine> u want it tip top condition to have it at 200km/h on the highway.. so.. u need to be sure everything is at peak condition .. everyday.. thats why u spend so much.. i had spend 25K in one year before selling it off at 55K.. to make way for my 750IL

Congrats on the e39 Ming. I guarantee you will enjoy every second you spent in the car. The maintanance is of course a drawback but lucky for me it didn't come one go but staggered instead. But by far my favourite Bimmer and now i feel so sad having parted ways with her... Nonetheless enjoy the masterpiece....
