Jz Get My 528i E39 - RM60k

I jz get my 528i E39 for RM60k, 2000 car and owner registered at 2001. Car totally original and well maintained....Some of the accessories is spoiled which include the cup holder frm back seat, washer nozzles pipe.Do u guys think is it worth for money ? ^^

a well maintained e39 at RM60k is a steal. was planning to sell it but withdraw as dealer is taking at 55k only. no replacement near to 528, in term of power, comfort and superior engineering, for that kind of money.

BUT be prepared. she is a mistress and she will give what you want if you care and give her your attention

An E39 2000 @ 60k i think is very reasonably priced. But like everyone says, pay attention to any fault signs coz conti's are not as forgiving as the japanese makes or you'll find yourself stranded by the roadside.

Since i got my car in August i've spent about 15k on maintenance, parts replacement, a new paint job and a gearbox rebuild.

20k? You're lucky, bro. I've spent about 36k since I got my 2003 525i. These cars are NOT for the financially faint of heart! LOL!

wah guess im the lucky one here? i only spent about Rm2k since i got the car in 2009.
fix clutch fan/ fan belt/spark park coil/undercarriage rubber only.
but i got the car at Rm95k. very well maintained indeed.
it is a 525i CKD manufacture 2000 but registered by 1st owner 2002.

wow... i think that's the commom cost to maintain an UDM. Everyone can own a BMW but not everyone can maintain it...haha

Better to scare than have a breakdown by the side of the road.
Saw one E39 broke down by the federal highway in Dec in peak hour traffic. Didn't look like much fun.

i spent almost RM20k for my 2003 520i. i agree bro rpmnut, this car are NOT for the financially faint of heart.

its an ultimate driving machine> u want it tip top condition to have it at 200km/h on the highway.. so.. u need to be sure everything is at peak condition .. everyday.. thats why u spend so much.. i had spend 25K in one year before selling it off at 55K.. to make way for my 750IL
