Just change my E46 rims to 18' and the steering and handling of the become so bad.. The tyres shop claim that is because of my absorber problem(I do know my absorber is about to change) but would it actually show it more obvious with bigger rim? By bad I mean the car is floating and the wheels seems to go to the left all the time (by that i mean is like someone pulling the car to the left suddenly), have to pull it back everytime! Thanks in advance for all the help..=)

Absorbers, control arm, will caused those issues. Am happy with 18 with 235 40 18

After I moved to BBS RK2 and Ultra Performance Tires such as CSC or GY Asymmetric 2 the ride improved tremendously. So no more moving to titan. Do remember quality rims n tires does improve your handling. Oh ya the m3 control arm also helps

Check on your steering linkages, control arms, control arms bush & lastly shocks. Different set/tires may new different characteristic hence may impact your ride & handling in some way.

Bigger rims with low profile tyres are prone to tramlining...

What is tramlining?

Taken from wikipedia:
Tramlining is the tendency of a vehicle's wheels to follow the contours in the surface upon which it runs. The term comes from the tendency of a car's wheels to follow the normally recessed rails of street trams, without driver input in the same way that the train does. The same effect is sometimes called Nibbling.

Tramlining can usually be blamed on tires, and its incidence depends greatly on the model of tire and its state of wear. Although not normally dangerous, at very high speeds it can become a source of instability.
Vehicles with large and wide low profile tires are more prone to the effects as well as vehicles which have wheels fitted that are larger than the manufacturers recommendation or have reinforced sidewalls. People who are relatively inexperienced with driving with this tendency will feel that they have to make continual course corrections and it is very easy to overcompensate the steering, which could potentially lead to veering off the road especially if the road is a narrow track/country road.

The effects of tramlining can be eased by subjecting the vehicle to an inspection and calibration of the wheels (i.e. a full geometry check) or replacing the tires with non-reinforced (soft sidewall) tires.

what is your tyres size for the front and back?
Are your rim staggered?
Are the rim original or replica?

My tyres are 225 for the front and 245 for the rear.

mine is not staggered, using replica rim.. and is 225 for the front and 245 for the back (due to no more stock)==

It might be the poor quality rim bro. Go get a standard ori 17 to try.
