JOKER - to ban or not to ban?

Good day to all.This poll is with a simple objective as stated in the subject, appreciate if you all could please vote accordingly. I'd appreciate if all could stick to contructive postings here. Even though we are talking about the JOKER, this request is definitely not a joke. If you'd like to know why JOKER is to be banned, please run a search & look at all his posting esp his latest thread with heavy racial undertones. Members of the committee, please advise on the minimum votes required, etc.I would like to see a JOKER-free forum either by end of today or Monday, so let's start. Thank you.

Big bro, the reason why this poll is in place is to vote on whether people here can accept this kind of attitude or not. Its not about double standards but its about setting the standards. Now you have the opportunity to express your views using the poll above. If the poll indicates clearly that we all want that f@^knut to be banned, he WILL be banned.

Just as bro pussy said let the the prez and committee decide on his fate based on the poll. While Joker statement(ramblings) is usually harmless the last thread is a bit too much ... Unless Joker do a public apology then i'm all for banning him from this forum. As i understand this Joker guy is actually an official member ... His membership should be revoked as well if that is the case.

I'm all for freedom of speech especially when it comes to political subjects. Of course we can not control what people will say but hopefully one day that will all change and people will understand the importance of constructive criticism.

Personally I don't think JOKER should be banned. He probably just needs a good word of caution from the committee and if he should continue down the same path again then only a more severe punishment can be served.

According to my sources he is an official member but uses the username "Joker" just to have fun i guess. I leave it to the higher authority to investigate if deem fit.

Seconded. Apart from that, most likely JOKER does not get the message when the community advises/warns him, loking at his fluency in ENGLISH command. So probably some of our Chinese Brothers can translate it to him in a more meaningful medium. Just my 2cents...Cheers
