Inferior finishing

Just got my E46 325i CKD brand new a weeks ago. But i notice that both rear light got a gap between the body. I am worried that water will get in and damage the wiring or bolt. The left door window also got an uneven at the edge. Just cant believe it's a BMW quality. or jst because it's CKD ?

I just checked my CBU 320i and there is a small gap as well. hmm......

my 318i 2003 is fine... no visible gaps and never has any problem with water seeping thru..

Think there should be a rubber seal on the inside to prevent seepage.
