May I know is anyone having experience of converting his/her E46 from old to new facelift bodypart?
I just got my E46 few weeks ago and it's an old fecelift model. I see that in mudah.my there's some seller providing facelift conversion service for RM2k+, which seems like they'll change the whole front body parts (front bumper, fender, bonnet etc) and the head light. So, my question are :

1) Is new facelift body parts provided are new or used one?
2) How is the quality of the bodypart? Original or OEM from Taiwan/China?
3) If it's not original body parts, how's the quality after assembled? (parts align well? any uneven gap?etc)
4) Is rear bumper provided too?
5) How about our old facelift body parts? We'll take it back or have to trade in for them?
6) Lastly, any recommendation of a good installer?

Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback Alex. Certainly will call the seller when doing the conversion later, just that now the priority is on the maintenance first before touching on cosmetic. So, would like to hear some feedback from owner who has experience of doing facelift conversion before.

Thanks for the feedback bro gendong, unluckily all pictures in the thread has gone.
Anyway, feel itchy and called one of the seller from mudah yesterday, seems like the rm2k+ is only meant for bonnet, fenders, fender lights and head lights only, the cost not inclusive bumpers :(
However, all parts given are new, but from OEM (taiwan product) and headlights are from Depo brand.
About Depo light, mind to share any comment from existing user? Guess it'll not as good as original, but would it be too bad like discolor fast, head adj mechanism easy failure etc?

Chop shop can do it for you too, using used parts from the yard, will cost you around RM 4K+ including installation. This one for front side only.

Cheers!

Hi Dexter, mind to share which.chop shop offer you such pricing?
Is Rm4k+ inclusive facelift body parts, front and rear bumpers (m sport?) If yes then price sounds good.
