Finally, i able to clone the key and start the car. To clone the key I must unplug EWS from the car due. The clone key machine that I have is the cheaper 1 that is why needed to unplug the EWS.EWS located at behind the small drawer at the bottom of the Headlight Switch. You able to find the OBD connector inside this small drawer too.The clone key machine need to connect to the EWS module in order to clone the key. I found that used transponder cannot be rewrite again meaning for this clonning process you must use a new transponder to clone a key.You all now no need to clone the key with super expensive pay. I can offer the service already.

How about the remote control of your new clone key, can unlock/lock the car or not ?
If not then again u should apply some VCO should be fine ha......ha.................

Good news indeed! The cloned key function same like ori key?

The clone key remote function is not related to clone key method. The remote function is set by BMW scanner 1.4. My current remote can unlock/lock door and boot, open/close windows. Now the only different is original remote got the Comfort mode where else clone key dont have Comfort mode. If i press unlock on clone key remote then 4 doors are open where else if i press unlock at original key is only open 1 door and press 2nd time will open another 3 doors. Both keys can start the engine now........................heheheheheehhehehe

So now, i am able to clone key + change the headlight adjusters

maybe you should also consider doing ECU tunning/re-mapping, supercharger, twin-turbo.

Wow .............sound like very good idea. But this need to put big money for testing ..............hehehehehhe.............currently not think this first

Sounds interesting. Is this only doable for E39? How much would you charge? I might be needing this in a few months to align the EWS from another engine to my current key....don't want to change keys.

By the way when you say NEW transponder are you saying an uncut key that is not coded? I'm planning on ordering another 2 more sets of key for my car from BMW Germany so I believe it should come coded to the EWS of my current engine. Will your way of aligning work?

If your EWS come with the keys which the transponder not soldering the remote circuit then you can take the transponder and place it into your current key. If you want to make another to tight to the EWS then you need new transponder to clone the key.

Even if your current key need to map to other EWS then you need new transponder too.

Brader, congratz on your research.

Are you able to program a E39 diamond-head key to work with non-diamond-head key? One of my friends want to do this.

I guess you can start buying lots of "raw material" from ebay to start your UDM key-dupe services :D

Too technical for my understanding. Maybe need to meet you some day and get a clearer explanation.

Is not program diamond head key to work with non diamond head key, just write the key code to both type of key by using your EWS. So i think i dont have problem on this.

Buy raw meterial ? This is for what ? Since you all can buy it from ebay why need me to buy ??? heheheheheheheh
You can buy the key and let me program the key.

You need to check where is your EWS located in your car then you can see the EWS type at the EWS module itself. Ans also pls open your key and see the transponder chips is belong to which type. If you having the original diamond shape key , normally the transponder is attached to remote circuit board. The code look like this -->"PCF 7930" or PCF 7935 or etc.

Please do let me know earlier for cloning the key. This is because i need to order the transponders if you dont have the new transponder for cloning.
