Unlike Continentals and other tyre pricing, both 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 are the same price for PS2s. 17" are cheaper than 18"s and the wider 17" 245 rears for staggered setup is the same price as the narrower fronts.

For 18"s PS2, its ~RM1000-1100 each installed around PJ. Good luck finding stock tho

I have done up a 225/40 R18 & 255/35 R18....
Maybe u should try 235/40 R18 & 265/35 R18... Just a suggestion :D

Wont 235s on the front be prone to tramlining? Even the M engineers didnt spec the E46 to go beyond 225's for the fronts on the M3.

Chubby :yahoo:

PS2 = take corner w/o breaking...something like that lah

Bounce off the wall and continue driving

Never tried PS2 and for the past 8 months on dragon and to me it is okay. It is not P-zero but a step lower and i like it and looking at the cost it is okay as i am looking for a long lasting & performance tyre at the same time. i got all 4 at RM 2,200.00 so that work out to RM 550 / piece. got it in klang and the name of the shop is Jooi Seng (if not mistaken) right opposite the mosque and road towards port klang after tol besides lion steel mill and proceed above the fly over and then u will be petrol station (shell, i think) there will be a row of shop lots on your left and the shop is at the end. not sure if u can get the same price as i am a regular there and so far their balancing and alignment is good.

go Advan if you use it occasionally on track, else u will hate it after 6 months.
You are right.

My Yoko Advan Neova AD07 was giving me hell lot of noise recently (they are abt 6 mths old.)

Then came the HPC Track Day 10th June.

They performed admirably at Sepang, both in the wet as well as in the dry. They definitely outperformed the tires on the spinning Lotuses. :D :D :D

Now, on the road, they sing in a nice muted hum...

Yokohama Advan Neova rocks!!! :yes!:

the compound very very soft ma, almost can use finger nail to scratch.

I have asked about YHI in KLIMS, they said not yet bring in the Advan Sports, should be a lot better for European cars.

no no, is the latest model launched last year. Yoko has decided to merge AVS and Advan line, that Advan Sports is the flagship.

This is what I mean...

Porsche 911 Carrera 4

The 911 Carrera 4 was launched in 2005. Having a 3.6 litre six-cylinder 'boxer' unit, its top track speed is 290km/h. 0 to 100km/h requires just 5.1 seconds. The ADVAN Sport is proud to have met the high technical standards in the process of development with the Porsche AG.

Bentley Continental GT

The Continental GT was launched in 2003. Loading a 6-litre W12 engine, it can reach a maximum speed of 318km/h and go from 0 to 100km/h in 4.7 seconds. It is evaluated as the best grand touring car in the United Kingdom. ADVAN Sport was developed in conjunction with Bentley to be equipped as a standard tyre for this world's fastest four-seat coupe.

Advan Neova AD07 is OE for Lotus Elise
