Help!!urgent Need Of Piston Rings!!

Guys, Need a new set of piston rings kit for M52B20(E39). My mechanic has called numerous spare parts suppliers but none stock them.And the earliest kit will arrive between 3-4weeks, upon ordering from them! For your info, my engine had already been stripped and cleaned all internals. Just waiting for the piston rings. Now, anyone of you out there has got any leads into getting this piston rings kit??If so, THIS IS THE TIME TO SHARE THE INFO!!! Appreciate all efforts in advance!!
