I had dinner at Manhattan Fish Market, Alamanda Putrajaya last Saturday, Apr 5th (Bill No: 001-027702) but was not accorded the discount despite "lengthy explanation" to the Cashier. Nobody in the outlet knew anything about BMWCM Members' discount!

I wonder if their HQ has communicated this to all the outlets?

NO worries. Thanks for bringing this up. I will bring this to the attention of my contacts in their management team. I am quite sure since this partnership is still pretty much in its infancy stage, it's only an initial glitch or miscommunication. Perhaps some of their cashiers or managers work on shift and were not informed of this arrangement. I will reserve my comments until I get to the root of this matter asap. Will get back to you soonest. Meanwhile, pls hold on to that receipt ok.

I'll try and get one of their reps to be present in this forum to attend to such matters in the future.

I had the same experience at Tony Romas, Cineleisure. Nobody knows about the club discounts. DD can you look into this.

No worries bro. Bro, did you dine there from before or after 1st April 2008 as the discount only commenced then? regardless, I've sent an official email to their management regarding this issues. I've also copied the email to Mr President & Mr Secretary. Will advice on the outcome once I get a respond from them. Hope this little hiccup will be smoothen out soon.

Latest update : Jerman, the rep from Tony Roma's has apologized for the miscommunication. A copy of our official membership card has been resent to all his outlets and things should be ok from here. I've been informed that you'll be contacted by their management shortly for a personal apology over this matter. :top:
