Hey AB...good luck with your plans. If i may suggest, if you're going to have wine with spicy Thai food, suggest to go for Sauvignon (white wine). It goes very well with spicy food. Champagne (bollinger, 300-400 bucks) is also nice but sparkling wine also does the trick. Try "martini asti spuvanti' for about 80 bucks.

Roses are very traditional in my opinion. Tulips are very nice but you have to order in advance. Call blooming.com for details. 10 stalks should cost about 150-180 bucks plus wrapping. Unfortunately, they don't sell single stalk if a single tulip is more meaningful.

Suggest to surprise your girl with something special after every half hour and a final one before you leave for the nite.

10% is not a lot and still it's too expensive for my family to dine there too often with my miserable pay check.. special occasion can la..

salah tak salah aku rasa soalan-soalan seperti ni tak patut ditanya kerana ia mungkin dianggap 'tak kena tempatnya' dan kurang memuaskan (for better of words) dan ia juga mungkin melanggar peraturan etica.

best way untuk tanya soal macam nih is via the PM (private message) tapi kalau setakat nak tanye je...tak payah lah.

the discount is not about official members supporting him. from what i have read in the travel and leisure magazines the restaurant is doing very...very...very well so even without the support from the members, it is still doing very...very...very well. so no need to worry.

also.....why must your posting be in red and bold? and why have so many question marks (??????).

when you post like that it is as if you are not asking a simple question but "interrogating" the person with so many question marks and it does not become a simple question just like when you have your message in FULLCAPS it is interpreted as "SHOUTING"(!!) in the e-mail community.


Again, coming back to the issue of salah tak salah...i am of the personal opinion there are certain questions you just don't ask.....but this is my personal opinion.

Ya guys we should check it out ourselves soon...maybe we can organise a nite out..Fridays would be jus nice... take one whole chalet...can sit about 16 ppl in my estimation easily and comfortably...or 4 ppl lying down on each long seat! and get treated like Roman Emperors hahahaha.... we can make as much noise inside as its enclosed and private with aircond.... I had a great nite... easy access to the venue and easy exit...

Directions: From Direction of Jalan Ampang/ Jalan Tun Razak Cross Junction..head down. Pass the American Embassy (situated on ur left) then turn first left into Jalan U Thant. Restaurant on your right when ur in Jalan U thant..Bungalow house...
