But this was with incorrect offset wheels right?
265 width not recommended for any rear rims which has less offset than 30 :(

Still got shredded, kena twice liao, too painful to go back again.

-3 camber should be OK kot heheh....or other option mounting less width on rears eg. 215 or 225 width on 9.5JJ rims :burnout:

better spend 1800 every 6 months then 4000 (for Michelin's PS2) every 6 months. Even Jeremy Clarkson says all tyres are the same-its just bloody branding! Bollocks (British expletive word he loves to use)!

Do yuor tyres actually wear out every 6 mths? What mileage do u do in 6 mths.

My tyres on my e36 normally last 40-50k km. thats about 2.5-3 years.

Finally settled for Conti CSC3. Package 4 pieces RM 3200 including nitrogen & alignment.

Why didnt you go with PS2. Only slightly more expensive... Rm3.8k?

Went to Quick Save to get the GT HPY s but they were out of stock. Only first week of Jan will be available so better call them first before you bring your car if you want the GT HPY s.

Replaced the donuts for my another ride and came across these prices. All are for 225/45R17. Shop is Kean Lee Hin, Jalan Ipoh.

Yokohama C.Drive2 = RM385
Nexen N80000 = RM360
Neuton NT8000 = RM290
Achilles ATR Sports 2 = RM275

Am looking for front 235/35/19 & rear 265/30/19 but they dont hv the rear size. Only 35 profile.
Need to change soon as my current RFT keep spinning and DTC flashing like hell to get the grip

Anyway I'm using the above size for my ex E90 withh no rubbing issue.
The best to check rim offset and suitable rim size before buy or change any rim.

last time I checked, the max rear size GT Radial have for 19" wheels is 255/35 ZR19 XL..same as your current RFT I think..was then recommended Nexen8000 instead for 265/30/19 size...good economical tyres are important for our torquey rides especially with the frequent tyre change..the tyres really cannot tahan the torture..just had wheel spin at 5th gear just now with DTC-on while smoking an Audi S5 at Jalan Duta...

Anyone knows where can we find the best deal for NEXEN 235 45 18 ?

G, try Quicksave USJ, Hin Leong Kapar or Kean Lee Hin Jln Ipoh. Personally would recommend Kean Lee Hin as they are near and prices are competitive. Look for Kent 017-3651726.

The GT Radial HPY is 255/35/R19? They don't have profile 30 tyres?
