It really depends on the rims, the offset and how much you toe in the camber. Meaning the more aggressive the offset, with thicker profile tyres, it will have a higher chance of rubbing. Some rubbing can be removed by rolling the fenders but personally I haven't tried those sizes yet.

Thanks Mavik...
In that case, probably stick to non staggered
Setting for all 4 tyres 225/35/19....

my rear 19" BC was on offset 30 came with 265/30/19 CSC5P
It rubbed.
Had my fender rolled at Quicksave, improved. but didnt eliminate totally.
Changed to 255/30/19 tyres instead.so far so good, except under extreme heavy load.

of course I remember that drive, you were leading us at the front like Schumacher on fire! good GT tyres you had on!

Tq guys for the feedback. At least I have more confident now. Was about to decide on either Michelin or Conti.

guys, would appreciate some long term reviews after you've used the tires for an extended time e.g. one month and three months. usually my only concern is the wet weather grip. imho all tires feel the same in the dry but when the sky comes a opening that's where the premium brands show their worth.

Great job guys! I currently on Nexen N8000 on my rear and PS3 at the front. The kimchi had some hard time during run in, so much so my wife is experiencing sweaty palms managing a nervous car. After run in 2k km, everything ok! :4:

Seriously, these tyres give me more confidence than using 2nd hand tyres.

Bro azmany, I have been on the rubbers since May and I can vouch that the wet grip is just as good. No aquaplaning even at high speeds but of course it ain't safe to speed on rainy day.

Personally I feel the Nexen N8000 is a good overall tyre as well but in terms of in the wet. Experienced that during my touge runs on slightly damp roads. Would definitely love to try out GT Radial and bring it on a couple of runs to do a full review but sadly for the rears, both Nexen and GT Radial don't have the 255/30/19 sizes.

Last time I used them on my rims, I shredded the rear tyres and this was after rolling my fenders :(

But this was with incorrect offset wheels right?
