older day we use a wire and hang it in the air and it can act as an antenna.

This wire is temporary until proper antenna is installed.

In his car, there are 2 type of radio antenna cable, one is bigger head and one is smaller head (both located in the rear boot back seat). In HLG packege, only the smaller head cable provided. Which one u connect the wire to?

btw, during the last trip the Raub, I also have problem getting a lock on the radio station.

I guess the radio signal is weak in Raub area.

Uncle Jarance, I experienced weak radio signal in Raub too even in the Honda Civic original HU. But Honda Civic is using those printed antenna and I guess reception might not be as good as thoise steel rod type. Never try going there with original BMW HU with printed antenna. Don't know whether can get good reception or not.
