I can do the installation for the instrument cluster but I have never done the MID as my car doesnt have it. The seller will provide proper instructions though, I'll get bro Zidee to scan his instructions and upload here for all to see whats involved in the install.

Bro, ask for the rings...are they the same as yours (Haywire)?

I still remember yours had this special 45 degree angle cut that actually has better reflection that the ordinary ones. Is yours aluminum or chrome rings?

Mine is machined aluminium. Those above looks like a mirror finish chrome. I cant find any for sale since I bought mine, the guy I bought it from also is no longer registered on eBay.

Ok guys,

Will be speaking to Yazmeen's staff whether he can provide the installation. I have a spare MID with dead pixels. Will ask him to get familiarize with ribbon replacement.
As for instrument cluster replacement.... Yazmeen has spare instrument cluster for his staff to get familiarize the said replacement/installation....
No promises but let's try to get this done as i believe the list will get bigger & bigger & i think Haywire cannot possibly attend to everyone who needs this installation....

Take note all, there are 2 type of speedometer for e39, pls refer to the picture below.

According to the vendor, the low base speedometer will never fail, and they do not have ribbon for this type. For e39, the ribbon only fits the high base speedometer.

Bling bling and non bling bling also can & different colours too. A few modes for different light function. You can check with e36tt on LEDs as he imported it from USA and installed onto his e36.
