Gear box auto transmission oil for Z4

Hi , Recently I purchased an used Z4 2009 model 23i. Before I purchased I brought to auto Bavaria and did full 78 check point and they give thumbs up for these car. Then after a week, I was thought of sign up warranty and brought to one of the main panel. However for my surprise they test drive and mention the car transmission gear jerk in M sport mode. The option the panel gv me is to change the oil before and try again if it fixed the problem before sign up warranty. The confusing part is there is no indication in diagnostic that these is faulty or BMW auto Bavaria had seen these earlier. Further the Auto Bavaria specialist advice don't ever change the transmission oil which suppose be life time usage. He reminded several time don't ever change and now these panel only giving me these option. I would require some expertise advice here.

if it is with the valve body. most prob it wont show on diagnostic.

only if the solenoid buggered. then it will show. but if leaking seals and pressure lost.. nothing will show.

if the oil change fix the problem, it will come back very soon. i suggest you do a gb "flush" and change the filter. and take note.. i say flush... it will take 12-14 liter flushing trans oil.. a bottle of lubegard trans flush additive.. and another 12 liter of new auto trans oil. it a rm1200 job.

Thanks Alan. I'm thinking to get third or fourth confirmation on "jerk" that was mention before I do any change. The problem I have is not much Beemer specialist in Melaka. I'm asking around in different thread... Hopefully someone can refer me a good workshop in Melaka.
